TTG: How does your business combine unique Indian hospitality with the destination’s growing medical and wellness sector?
The award winning The Imperial Spa and Health & Racquet Club provides Ayurvedic Treatments and yoga sessions as an experience. We also have an Ayurvedic doctor for free of charge consultations.
TTG: What makes India an ideal destination for medical/wellness tourism?
India as a destination provides alternate medical options including Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Meditation and Reiki to name a few. The hospitals in India are cost effective and technologically advanced.
TTG: What other tourism segments is your business focusing on and why?
We are focusing on cultural tourism, heritage tourism, cruise business, business delegations, incentives, Golden Triangle Tours to name a few.
New Delhi is the major entry point into India and the city has lot of history. New Delhi is also the political capital of the city.
TTG: How is your business catering to Middle Eastern clientele?
We work very closely with the DMCs handling the Middle Eastern market and we have a team dedicated to the various Middle Eastern Embassies.
We also encourage Familiarisation visits for tour operators based in the Middle East in order to showcase our hotel.

The Imperial New Delhi has been recently honoured for The Best Performance in Five Star Luxury Category in Delhi NCR and it has also been bestowed with the prestigious Luxury Hotel of the Year award by Luxury Travel Guide Global Awards 2016 from a list of nominations that featured most of the known brands in the industry.
